My First Benefit Gala
Our client, Marty, invited us to a benefit gala to raise money for a foundation. Luckily they have an open spot for our new friend, Lindsey, to join us! Hooray! A beautiful Costa Rican spread, open bar, and 9 live snakes! This was a recipe for unrestrained fun!

So, Florida Eh?
I work in downtown Jacksonville at a company called On Ideas. I work and live with my BFF and we have ridiculous fun.
But still, I miss my ultra-fabulous friends back in the state I know I will return to. That's where my heart is.

PERU
Not only did we hold baby jaguars, we made many friends--all of which were 20 x's darker than our sickly pale skin. We also trekked through the jungle and saw beautiful landscapes and people. And gross mannequins.

Yeah.
Peru.
Heck yes.
Yeah.
Peru.
Heck yes.

Gosh I miss my girls

Yeah. I do. So when do I wake up back in my illegally lofted bed in my house on Boulevard with the 7 most awesome ladies I've ever known? I would like to wake up now.

Recap

Okay, so, just to catch you up....
First, I spend some time with mom and Garth at the High in ATL where I think of dear Gillian as I gaze upon a small ceramic pug. Then I spend some Christmas-party-time with a girl in a box--then cut off all my hair. (I still need to mail it in!)
Next I go to spend some time with my friends who love me and throw me a birthday bash full of costumes and fireworks! (Not really, it's just New Years and Melissa works in a pretty funky place.) Then Dustin and I are off to West Virginia for some fun in the snow. Well, maybe he is. I got bruises in the snow. There was a white-out on the mountain that made me feel blind the day we left.
Sunrises are pretty though.
And I started and finished an oil painting for Mandy.
So that's pretty much what I did for the last few weeks. I just took a day-quill at 12 at night and I wonder if it's powers will be enough to hold me back from sleep too much longer. I think I'm starting not to make sense so I don't think so.
Okay-Love you lady, Goobye!
